All K9 products go through a strict QC check process before shipment to customers. Below are the standard procedures for a product to qualify with a "QC Passed: inidactor sticker.

UAVs:

A: Production Verification

1. Electrical Short Inspection

2. Bench Power Up

3. Software Configuration Check

4. Bench radio test

5. Bench motor test

6. Sensor Calibration

B: Flight Verification

1. Initial Hover

2. Position Flight Mode Flight

3. Altitude Flight Mode Flight

4. Return To Home Test

5. Autonomous Waypoint Flight

6. Autonomous Orbit Flight

7. Return to Home

C: Final Verification

1. Debris and stain check

2. Final IPA wipe down

3. Final visual inspection

Once A, B, & C verifications are complete, the UAV receives the QC Pass status.
